Electric Gates lead to the Villa up the driveway, parking at the front of the Villa, enough for 5 cars.

Large wooden front doors open into the hallway, from there you can either go up the spiral staircase to a small office room or down a few steps to the third bedroom or into the main family room with large sofas, dining area and Grand Piano (Looks great but not tuned yet!!).

From the family room you have a WC, access to the BBQ area, kitchen and steps up to the two other bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with large Aga styled double oven, microwave, large American style fridge freezer and the usual pots pans, glasses, mugs, knives, forks etc. etc.

Utility room has sink, washer, dryer, dishwasher, ironing board, iron, mop and cleaning equipment.

All bedrooms have en suite shower room with sink and toilet (the main bedroom has a bath as well) wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There are two baby cot beds available with linen.

The house benefits from under floor heating and a log burning fire for those winter months and air conditioning in all rooms for the summer.

The BBQ area is located behind the kitchen and family room. There is a large real BBQ grill plus a small gas BBQ. A large glass table with chairs accompanies the covered area to dine away from the sun but still retaining an alfresco experience.

The BBQ area gives way to the large swimming pool area which has enough space to sunbathe without being on top of each other. The round pool is shallow from the steps end going to a 2m depth at the other end. A small paddle pool is attached to the main pool. A shower room with toilet and sink is located behind the paddling pool.

Next to the pool is the games room with table tennis and a darts board, sofa bed, shower room with toilet and sink and a small kitchen.

Another room accessed from the BBQ area consists of two single beds and shower room with sink and toilet.
